9am: Olympic Weightlifting class

10am: “Team WOD”

Teams of three:
100 Deads, 135/93
80 Hang Power Cleans, 135/93
60 Front Squats, 135/93
40 Jerks, 135/93
20 Thrusters, 135/93
One athlete works at a time. Every minute on the minute, stop where you are and all three athletes complete 5 burpees.

  2. Team Luila, Lacie, Marcy: scaled with 65 and 55 lbs- somewhere around 25:40. Way to keep moving, ladies! Burpee workouts always suck.
