WOD:
Five rounds for time of:
6 Handstand Pushups
12 Box Jumps, 30″/24″
24 Double-unders

Strength/Skill:
Accumulate 2 minutes worth of L-sits

Optional:
OTM x 7 Muscle-ups with the following rep scheme:
First minute: 1 MU
Second minute: 2 MU
Third minute: 3 MU, etc. on up to 7 rounds
