Deadlift (strict), 1-1-1

Go for perfect form today instead of heaviest weight. All sets climbing.

    pre-WOD: 10 – 100m row sprints with burpees for every meter over or under 100 interval (I did 36 stupid burpees)

    Skill: Press 1RM – 75# PR!

    WOD: DL trio 65# – 175#

    pos-WOD WOD: Max DLs at each stripping of weight plate (let me put it this way, I could hardly drive home)
