    Thanks for pushing me through the floor wipers Eric! I would’ve hung up on those longer if you weren’t pushing me.

  • 27:30 with 63#, unassisted pull-ups. Tore both my hands with only three reps to go on pullups, but finished them with bands and a very soft grip. Lol! Floor wipers…UGH!
