WOD:

Teams of 2 – each partner will do half of the listed reps

30 Min AMRAP:

  • 10 Power Cleans (95/63)
  • 10 Front Squats (95/63)
  • 10 Deadlifts (95/63)
  • 20 Burpees over Bar
  • 30 KB Swings (53/35)
  • 40 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 50 Double Unders

**Add 10 reps to the Power Cleans, Front Squats & Deadlifts every round.

  1. Round: PC/FS/DL – As written above
  2. Round: PC/FS/DL – 20/20/20
  3. Round: PC/FS/DL – 30/30/30
  4. so-forth….
