WOD:
Teams of 2 – each partner will do half of the listed reps
30 Min AMRAP:
- 10 Power Cleans (95/63)
- 10 Front Squats (95/63)
- 10 Deadlifts (95/63)
- 20 Burpees over Bar
- 30 KB Swings (53/35)
- 40 Wall Balls (20/14)
- 50 Double Unders
**Add 10 reps to the Power Cleans, Front Squats & Deadlifts every round.
