- 4 Push Press
- 5 Goblet Squat 53/35
- 6 T2B
- 7 Deadlift
- 8 Box Jump 20/16
- 9 KB Swing 53/35
- 10 Burpee
- 11 Clean & Jerk
- 12 oz Beverage. – 3 min.
Rep scheme is as follows:
2, 1
3, 2, 1
4, 3, 2, 1
and so forth and so on….
work your way up to the 3 minute 12 oz beverage drink and then back down 1 time and your done.
