12 Days of Christmas
done individually or as a team. Each athlete is required to do each movement and rep.
for time – Rx weight is 135/93
 
  • 1 Cluster
  • 2 C2B
  • 3 Snatch
  • 4 Push Press
  • 5 Goblet Squat 53/35
  • 6 T2B
  • 7 Deadlift
  • 8 Box Jump 20/16
  • 9 KB Swing 53/35
  • 10 Burpee
  • 11 Clean & Jerk
  • 12 oz Beverage. – 3 min.

 

Rep scheme is as follows:
1
2, 1
3, 2, 1
4, 3, 2, 1
and so forth and so on….
work your way up to the 3 minute 12 oz beverage drink and then back down 1 time and your done.
