  • 100 band Push-down and 100 band Face-pull
  • 10 min. Run or Walk

Easiest way to run for the required 10 minutes is to just run 5 minutes away and then the 5 minutes back.

If able replace band with Dumbbells and perform Tricep Extension, 50 each arm and Dumbbell Bent-over Rows, 50 each arm.
