  • 5 min. Step-up
  • 4 min. Sit-up
  • 3 min. SU
  • 2 min. Push-up
  • 1 min. each athlete Jumping Jack

3 min. Rest

  • 5 min. Step-up
  • 4 min. Sit-up
  • 3 min. SU
  • 2 min. Push-up
  • 1 min. each athlete Jumping Jack

How to do this: 5 min. Step-up – set a number that each of you will do unbroken, say 15. You do 15 then your partner does 15. See how many reps you can get done in 5 minutes….
