  • 5×5 @ HAP

 

Metcon:
NGC Complex – in a 15 minute cap, find your highest weight completed complex of the below movement – must complete a 175 m. Run between each attempt
 
  • 1 Squat Clean
  • 2 Hang Clean
  • 3 Front Squat
  • 1 Jerk
