Warm-up WOD: done as a group
4 rds. for time – 18 min. time cap
 
  • 25 Air Squat
  • 175 m. Run or 120 SU or 12/8 Cal.
  • 8 Burpee
  • 2 min. Rest

5 min. break and then

AMRAP – E2MOM x 6 rds. 

  • 5 T2B or 5 DB Floor Wiper or 12 Sit-up
  • 4 Dip
  • 3 Deadlift 225/153
