WOD:
30 min. AMRAP – two separate 15 min. AMRAP WOD’s done to a 30 min. running clock – athletes alternate running/cal. – split other movements evenly – RX+ would be running/cal. each time, no alternating & performing all reps
1st 15 min.
  • 400 m. Run or 24/18 cal.
  • 40 DB Push Press 40’s/25’s
  • 40 Butterfly Sit-up – no anchor
2nd 15 min.
  • 400 m. Run or 24/18 cal.
  • 40 Narrow Stance DB RDL 40’s/25’s
  • 40 Leg Lift
