Warm-up:
  • R, R, R or J
  • 2×3 Strict Pull-up
  • 2×5 Strict Push-up
  • 1×8 Air Squat
  • 1×8 Goblet Squat
then
  • work on OHS as needed
 
Metcon: “Cincy”
5 rds. for time – 30 min. cap
  • 2 rds. of Cindy
  • 1 rd. of Nancy
Cindy: 5 Pull-up, 10 Push-up, 15 Air Squat
Nancy: 400 m. Run, 15 Overhead Squat
(substitute the Run with 500/400 m. Row or 24/18 cal. Bike – substitute OHS with Front Squat as needed)
