Hey folks!  Just a few things of note:
1. Beginning this week, we will be moving back to a Strength/Skill, then WOD format
1. Beginning this Saturday, the 9am class will be going back to Open Gym time
2. Labor Day (Monday), we will be open for a 9 and 10am class only

Bring a Buddy Day!

WOD:
Class divides into two teams
Three rounds for calories:
Station 1 – 400m Sled Drag (weight will be announced before WOD)
Station 2 – Max Calories on the Assault Bike
The two teams start on opposing stations. When the sled returns, stations switch.
Score is max Assault Bike calories over the three rounds.
Post team names and scores to comments.

Strength/Skill: Max double-unders in two minutes. Single-unders for Scaled
