Gym Schedule:

Monday-Friday: Group CrossFit Class at 5:30am, 6:30am, Noon, 3:30pm, 4:30pm & 5:30pm

Saturday: Open Gym at 9am, Group CrossFit Class at 10am

Sunday: closed

CrossFit Classes: For all levels from beginner to advanced, this class consists of a trainer-lead group warm up, workout, and cool down. Class durations are one hour and are offered 6 days a week. Please see attached schedule.

Open Gym: Open Gym allows for intermediate to advanced members to work on their skills, strength movements and workouts on their own.  A trainer is present to answer questions and offer recommendations.
